Tony, Thank you for your comments; I appreciate your willingness to open a dialog on this issue. Do you feel current annual price increases--even those at the bottom end of the industry range--are sustainable? In the absence of additional annual funding beyond the amount needed to cover these increases, how will institutions support new products? Last year, a spokesperson for your corporation was quoted saying, "There is no serials crisis...there is...a library funding crisis." Do you agree?
