Will, There are several discussion lists devoted to open access. Here are three main ones: SPARC Open Access Forum http://www.arl.org/sparc/soa/index.html#forum BOAI [Budapest Open Access Initiative] Forum http://www.soros.org/openaccess/forum.shtml American Scientist Open Access Forum (formerly, the September98 Forum) http://american-scientist-open-access-forum.amsci.org/archives/American-Scientist-Open-Access-Forum.html (Disclaimer: I moderate the first two, and Stevan Harnad moderates the third.) While I'm happy to spread the word about these lists, I would regret to see OA issues disappear from LibLicense, where a large and influential audience can follow the discussion and take part.
