Environmental Law Institute Appoints OutPerformance, ASL as North American
and International Publication Sales Agent

January 6, 2005- Washington, DC: The Environmental Law Institute (ELI) and
OutPerformance, ASL jointly announce their agreement appointing
OutPerformance ASL as North American and international publications sales
manager for ELI's titles.

Under the agreement, OutPerformance, ASL will market, sell and manage
sales of ELI's print and online products including its serials The
Environmental Law Reporter, and the Environmental Forum.  Additionally,
OutPerformance will develop and increase advertising sales and sponsorship
programs for ELI.

John Thompson, Marketing Director at The Environmental Law Institute
notes, "Utilizing OutPerformance allows ELI to increase its staff and
penetrate both the domestic and international market more effectively
without impacting our administrative and operational costs.  We look
forward to working with OutPerformance to expand our membership and
