Forwarding a message that might be of interest to liblicense-l readers... Story about how "sunset-ing" of rights clearance has meant that one of the most important American documentaries is no longer distributed. I have checked Cdn. sources and it is no longer available for purchase here either. Luckily, some public libraries still have copies in our collections.
