Can anyone suggest a license tracking system suitable for a library at a smaller institution? We need to keep track of license terms for databases from about 30 vendors, and the systems used by some of the large university libraries are beyond our budget and the staff time available to maintain them. If anyone out there is willing to tell us how you do it and what you consider necessary for a smaller school, please reply to me directly and I'll summarize for the list. We are the library for the graduate law and business schools at Illinois Institute of Technology.
