Mildred, I noticed from what you sent to my colleagues that you were looking at an old version of our terms and conditions. Please find our current rules at http://www.degruyter.de/downloads/lizenz_d.pdf I am grateful for this excellent chance to present them here on liblicense - and I am confident, that you will find our terms indeed "user friendly". Kind regards Joachim Engelland Business Development Online Walter de Gruyter GmbH & Co. Dezember 2004 00:18 An: liblicense-l@lists.yale.edu Betreff: De Gruyter and online journals We have been looking at the terms and conditions for online access to de Gruyter journals. These terms seem very different from other publisher online licenses, and some restrictions/requirements are a bit difficult to understand. What have you done with the de Gruyter agreement-accepted or negotiated a more individualized (and user friendly) agreement?
