Sally, You're right - everybody makes mistakes and once they are corrected, it's time to move on. But in this case, Phil's point about accountability is relevant in many ways. If Emerald were offering high-quality journals which offer good value in return for investment - which a great majority of commerical publishers are doing - then we should move on.
