Dear Ms. Williams: thank you for posting the OUP pricing information.  
Five of the titles below are shown as "online access freely available."  
Does that mean that libraries and individuals need not subscribe (unless
they want the print version), i.e., the five titles are otherwise funded
and available without charge?
