For a presentation at the American Association of Law Libraries conference next month, I am interested in hearing about instructive experiences (both positive and negative) that libraries have had negotiating licensing agreements with providers in other countries. Examples of specific legal or practical issues you have encountered (and their resolutions), useful negotiating tips, and other general observations would be most welcome. Please send comments directly to me.
