Readers of this list will be interested to note many topics that have
appeared on LibLicense-L this past year will be covered at the annual
NASIG Conference to be held June 17-20 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
This year's program includes a Vision session on The Big Deal, and one on
Open Access. Strategy sessions cover such topics as the economics of
publishing, consortia and site licensing, pricing models, and the cost of
handling ejournals. Tactics sessions offer a variety of interesting
topics including involving faculty in collection decisions and dealing
with licensing breaches.
