Thought I'd share the site license quote I received at my corporate
library for a 3 title site license from Liebert Publishers yesterday to
prepare others for possible sticker shock.

In 2003, we paid $6,700 for a site license. Yesterday, I was quoted
$139,000 to continue the exact same access in 2004.  I think the moral of
the story is beware successful negotiating, since every year is a new
opportunity for price gouging.
