Re: Science Online and archival access



It would have been more appropriate for the Science representative to
assert that individual libraries sign on without archival rights outside a
consortium setting because individually individual libraries lack the
bargaining power to do otherwise and are unable to individually resist
faculty pressure.  "Divide et impera."
