BMJ Publishing Group Policy for RoweCom/Faxon Library Print and Online
Subscriptions.

The BMJ Publishing Group Limited will continue to grace journals, print
and online through 2003 to those customers who have ordered and paid
through RoweCom.

For those customers who used RoweCom for 2002 subscriptions for whom we
have no renewal information, and many of those will have supplied their
2003 orders to RoweCom Inc., we will continue to grace copies, through
2003, until we have determined the status of the subscription, i.e.
customers have renewed through RoweCom Inc., customers who notify us that
they are going to renew through another agent, or advise us that they will
not be renewing a subscription for 2003.

You can be assured that no customer or reader will be disadvantaged whilst
this matter is resolved, and the BMJ Publishing Group Limited will
continue to fund this until payments issues are resolved.

If your library is affected by this situation, it would greatly expedite
our renewals procedures if you would take a few minutes to complete and
return the form below.
