Nerac launches eVigilant, a new Web tracking product.  From the press
release: When the selected Web pages are updated, subscribers receive an
e-mail within 24 hours that lists the content revisions and a link to view
the page. Through the eVigilant link, subscribers view a page that
highlights text changes, providing a quick review of the new information.
