Since you unfortunately could not participate in this conference we hereby inform you about the outcomes. Among other conference topics, participants deliberated the 'Zwolle Principles', which are a first move towards improving access to scholarly information. The conference participants endorsed the outlines of these principles. Apart from the Zwolle Principles, identifying future initiatives and promoting the implementation of copyright policy in universities were also central conference themes. More information about this conference, such as a press release and a conference report can be found on the website Copyright Management for Scholarship (http://www.surf.nl/copyright). This site offers more information regarding this topic, such as key issues and good practices, examples of copyright policies, agreements with publishers and links to relevant organisations. Also, here you can subscribe to the alert service. With kind regards, Drs.
