Upcoming Events: The Ingenta Institute's 2002 Study Little qualitative and quantitative international research has been undertaken to date to identify the real impact of site licensing and consortia developments on business models and collection management strategies. You are invited to participate in the discussion as a panel of experts question: -To what extent is the consortium site license meeting publisher and library objectives? -What are the perceived flaws in the model? -Can we avoid a new serials pricing crisis? When and Where: Tuesday, September 24, 2002 The Royal Society, London, UK Wednesday, October 30, 2002 The Charleston Advisor Pre-Conference, Lightsey Conference Center, Charleston, SC, USA Senior figures from the academic, library and scholarly publishing communities will attend the meetings to discuss the results of the research, and to evaluate the significant implications for future policy and strategies.
