In the Springer Verlag Link GTC Online Access agreement it is stated that "Customer shall inform the authorized users in writing of confidentiality obligations". I know there has been discussion on this listserv before regarding how libraries are handling this, I will search the archives for some ideas. Just out of curiosity, has anybody agreed to the Springer Verlag terms? If so, how are you handling the issue of informing the users in writing? Thanks, Jennifer Cassidy Western University
