Does anyone know what this section means in the RealPlayer "license" for
individual downloads?

"The Software embodies a serial copying management system required by the
laws of the United States.  You may not circumvent or attempt to
circumvent this system by any means."

What is it referring to with the phrase a "serial copying managment system
required by the laws of the United States"???
