Re-sending this message in case some of you received it "malformed," as per listproc vocabulary. Our apologies for any duplication. Sincerely, the Moderators ---------- Forwarded message ---------- From: "Andrew Evans" <aevans@lib.ksu.edu> To: <liblicense-l@lists.yale.edu> Subject: US states and sovereignty- L'annee Philologique Date: Fri, 10 May 2002 20:49:17 EDT Kansas has a similar requirement. However, our state institutions also have to attached a form DA-146a, which comes from the Kansas Department of Administration, to "all copies of any contractual agreement." The DA-146a also contains an anti-discrimination clause, no binding arbitration clause, etc. In the next message, to be sent by the moderator, you will find a copy for informational purposes. Do other states have something similar?
