Has anyone had success negotiating license terms with McGraw-Hill for
their Access Science product (http://www.AccessScience.com)?

We were just told that their institutional site license is "inflexible"
and cannot be modified.  It contains sections for indemnification,
jurisdiction, and termination that we (and most other academic
institutions) cannot accept.
