Scholarly Publishing Library Coalition Director SPARC Europe, a groundbreaking library coalition that aims to be a catalyst for change in the scholarly publishing marketplace, seeks a Director to lead European development and grassroots advocacy initiatives. This senior staff position oversees start-up and operation of the organization, implements education programs aimed at scholars, and develops publishing collaborations. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with electronic publishing experience; familiarity with professional practices in libraries and academia; and a track record of developing and implementing successful business or program plans.
