I'm looking for examples of performance warranties (i.e., commiting to achieving milestones by specific dates) and/or penalty clauses (i.e., penalties assessed for not reaching milestones) in library licenses for electronic resources or services. Also, I would like to hear the pros and cons of including such clauses in a license agreement. Thanks!
