Could someone from this group tell me--

Are there any discussion lists dedicated to the concerns of library
consortia, library networks, or library systems, whether local,
state-wide, regional, national, or international.  This would include
discussions of licensing issues, cooperative collection development,
sharing systems, etc.  I am interested in subscription information and a
brief description of the scope of any such discussion lists.  Please
respond off-list, directly to me.  Many thanks!!
