I'm looking for language to add to licenses for web-based, one-time purchases (a large single payment, small or no yearly access fees.). I'd like to include language that would ensure we have the "perpetual access" advertised. I'm not talking about e-books (though perhaps language in those licenses apply), but about collections of poetry, drama, slave narratives, ect. We've been promised CD-ROMs or tapes in the event the publisher's no longer able to support internet access, but I'm not certain about the searchability/usability of these formats. Thanks very much for any suggestions. **************************************************** Selden Durgom Lamoureux Serials and Electronic Resources Librarian, Acquisitions Department CB#3938, Davis Library, University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, NC 27514-8890 U.S.A. phone: (919) 962-1067 Fax: (919) 962-4450 email: Selden_Lamoureux@unc.edu url: http://www.lib.unc.edu/acq/ ****************************************************
