Press release

ANBAR and CHEST announce long-term partnership to deliver access to Anbar
Management Intelligence, Computer Abstracts and International Civil
Engineering Abstracts.

Bradford, 04/09/98.

ANBAR and CHEST have reached agreement for the provision of Anbar
Management Intelligence, Computer Abstracts and International Civil
Engineering Abstracts to eligible institutions for a fixed five-year
period starting on 1st January 1999. Institutions can decide to join at
any time during the term of the agreement and will be bound until the end
of the agreement period.

Nigel Lodge, Director of CHEST, said "These are three products from MCB
for which CHEST has negotiated terms which are fixed for five years. The
products enable the academic community to have electronic access to an
additional wealth of specialist fulltext article and abstract information
in a number of subject areas. Institutions will be able to provide access
to content with full search capability at the desktop."

Gill Crawford, ANBAR's manager, said "These are very significant

world-wide and have been abstracting for over twenty five and forty years
respectively.

The combination of ANBAR's high quality content and editorial resources
