As an FYI, we forward this interesting message.  NESLI is the National
Electronic Site Licensing Initiative in the UK, a JISC funded program
to deliver a national electronic journal service to the UK higher
education market.  The web site is given below. We will also link the
NESLI site from the LIBLICENSE web site
(http://www.library.yale.edu/~llicense).
