BMI's Web Site Performance Agreement

For those who may be interested in mounting musical performances on your
web sites, BMI (the music licensing agency) have now made available their
Wet Site Music Performance Agreement with some "interesting" license
conditions.  Those who know more than we do about such things may wish
to comment on it on Liblicense-l.
