Consortial Licensing Costs 

The Illinois Library Computer Systems Organization (ILCSO)
consortially licenses electronic resources from a number
of vendors. Next year (FY 1998), due to increased numbers 
of subscribers to existing databases and the addition of a 
new database offering, the combined consortial license fees 
(i.e., combined total of all vendor license fees) will top $1 million
for the first time.

As a point of reference, I was wondering how many consortia
have negotiated combined consortial license fees in excess
of $1 million??
