Re: Yale e-license letter

I've been subscribed to your list for a short while; I joined because a
librarian called to ask about the electronic version of the newsletter I
publish, and she wondered whether I would want a license agreement with her
institution. This was the first I'd heard of such a thing. What I'm hoping
to get from the list is a sense of what is usual in such agreements; what
kind of boilerplate do they typically contain?

I assume that if this was more or less settled, there would be no need for
the list, but I wonder if you (or someone) can steer me to a source for
this kind of basic information?
