Credo Reference and Brill Publishing Announce New Agreement
Brings Top Religion Content to the Credo Platform

Boston, Oxford (November 15, 2011) -- Credo Reference
(www.credoreference.com), the leading provider of online research
products, announces a new partnership with Brill Publishing, the
internationally renowned publisher in Religion, Humanities, and
the Social Sciences. Beginning in 2012, the Brill Religion
Collection will join the thirty-eight existing Publisher
Collections available from Credo Reference.

Offering some of the most respected content on the subject in the
reference world, the Brill Religion Collection boasts seven key
titles covering a broad spectrum of major topics. Key titles
include the Dictionary of Gnosis and Western Esotericism, the
Encyclopedia of Jews in the Islamic World and the Encyclopaedia
of the Qur'an.

Brill content will also contribute to the forthcoming Religion
Collection, a multi-publisher Subject Collection thoughtfully
curated to cover all the sub-areas of Religion at the
undergraduate level. Both collections will be available for
perpetual purchase or subscription, stand-alone or alongside a
subscription to Credo General Reference.

"Brill's scholarship around Religion is recognized globally for
its high quality making them a natural partner for us," commented
John Dove, Credo Reference President. "These new Collections
continue our tradition of meeting the needs of researchers with
the best available content, delivered on a best-in-class
platform."

"Brill has been evolving continually since its foundation in the
17th century, and we are pleased to be expanding the avenues
through which our digital resources reach the world," said Steve
Dane, Brill Publishing's Executive Vice-President, Marketing &
Sales. "Various religious studies, for their part, have been
evolving for thousands of years. Teaming up with Credo allows us
to support such studies with some of the best and most innovative
technologies available today."
