April 2011 issue of the SPARC Open Access Newsletter

I just mailed the April issue of the SPARC Open Access 
Newsletter.  This issue takes a close look at free online 
research as humanitarian aid, starting with aid to Japan in the 
wake of its devastating earthquake and tsunami.

The roundup section briefly notes 150 OA developments from March. 
A new feature reprints short excerpts from SOAN five and ten 
years ago this month.
