WSL SDL RFP released

To whom it may concern:

On behalf of the Washington State Library (WSL), a division of 
the Office of the Secretary of State, I would like to announce 
the release of an Request for Proposals (RFP) for Statewide 
Database Licensing (SDL). The RFP is available through the 
state's online procurement system, WEBS: 
http://www.ga.wa.gov/Business/3start.htm,  and is also available 
directly from the Secretary of State's website: 
http://www.sos.wa.gov/office/procurements.aspx.

The deadline for proposals is March 7, 2011.
