The University of Chicago Press selects Rightslink=AE for online=20
copyright permissions

The University of Chicago Press announced today that it has=20
selected Copyright Clearance Center, Inc. (CCC), the world's=20
largest provider of copyright licensing solutions, to streamline=20
its online licensing and permissions activities. CCC's=20
Rightslink=AE service will provide a more efficient, real-time way=20
for customers to secure permission to reuse copyrighted material=20
published by the University of Chicago Press, Journals Division,=20
or on behalf of its society partners.

The University of Chicago Press, Journals Division welcomes=20
permissions and licensing requests from individuals looking for=20
reproduction rights, republication requests from other=20
publishers, and corporate customers that seek to incorporate=20
content from Chicago Journals in their sales and marketing=20
activities. Rightslink automates this business, allowing for=20
point-of-sale real-time approval for use of content and online=20
payment directly from the University of Chicago Press, Journals=20
Division's Web site, www.journals.uchicago.edu.
