*Duke University Press posts site license for e-Duke Scholarly Collection
on new online library resource center; announces international pricing
model *

Duke University Press has announced that the site license for the new
e-Duke Scholarly Collection is now available for download. "We have been
fortunate to receive significant feedback from librarians regarding our
current site licenses. We have been able to incorporate much of this
valuable feedback into our e-Duke Scholarly Collection site license,"
noted Library Relations Manager, Kimberly Steinle. "In doing so, it is our
hope that we have created a straightforward and accessible site license
that meets the needs of our institutional customers."

The site license is available for download on the Duke University Press
website (http://www.dukeupress.edu/library/eDuke/sitelicense.html). Librarians can view Duke University Press's new Library Resource Center,
which - in addition to hosting the site license - acts as a repository of
information (access information, pricing, online availability of Duke
journals, etc.) of particular interest to librarians at
http://www.dukeupress.edu/library.

In addition to announcing the availability of the site license, Duke
University Press also announced the creation of a new international
pricing model for its e-Duke Scholarly Collection. The model is based on
an institution’s existing holdings (both volume and serial) and economic
class as determined by World Bank Development Indicators. More information
regarding the international pricing model can be found at
http://www.dukeupress.edu/library/eDuke/intlpricing.html.
