Swets Passes ISO Inspection with Flying Colors

Swets Information Services is pleased to announce the successful
completion of two ISO 9001:2000 recertification audits in its UK and Dutch
regional offices. Carried out by Det Norske Veritas (DNV) an independent
certification body, the intensive 2004 audits yielded an excellent report
card without a single non-conformity. The ISO standard assesses the
efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency of a company's processes.

The recent audits in Swets' UK and Dutch offices reflect a significant
stamp of approval on the company's drive to streamline its serials
management process and speed up response time for customers. Swets' US,
German and French regional offices will finalize their audits in March of
2005. Upon successful completion, Swets will be eligible for
recertification. Since Swets was first granted ISO 9001:1994 certification
in 1998, ISO has broadened the standard by which organizations may qualify
for certification, adding customer satisfaction as a key quality
indicator.
