ANNOUNCEMENT:

As of January 2003, the International Society on Thrombosis and
Haemostasis (ISTH) is no longer responsible for the content of the medical
journal THROMBOSIS AND HAEMOSTASIS, ISSN 0340-6245.  From January 2003
forward, the only official publication authored by the International
Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis is JOURNAL OF THROMBOSIS AND
HAEMOSTASIS, ISSN 1538-7933.

The ISTH must not be named in catalogs of serial holdings as either
"Author" or as "Other Note" which may indicate association of our Society
with THROMBOSIS AND HAEMOSTASIS (ISSN 0340-6245) from January 2003
forward.

Libraries that have miscatalogued volumes of THROMBOSIS AND HAEMOSTASIS
from January 2003 onward may have also used this misinformation in their
subscription decisions and may wish to review this possibility.
