now publishers introduces transparent pricing structure for Foundations
and Trends titles

now publishers announces a new transparent pricing structure for its
Foundations and Trends series of review journals. The availability of
various formats with differing levels of functionality enable the customer
to purchase the content in the form that best suits their needs and
budget.

The standard subscription is to the electronic full-text HTML and PDF
formats. This also includes site-wide access to each journal, extensive
updates and links to the original research papers. Furthermore, customers
can download unlimited copies of the full-color PDF for use throughout
their institution. The transparent pricing structure comprises an annual
platform fee and a fixed price per issue, putting all the Foundations and
Trends journal prices in the range from $300 (300 outside N. America) for
four issues to $450 (450 outside N. America) for eight issues.
Subscription customers can add the print version to their subscription for
only $10 (10 outside N. America) per issue plus postage.

Customers not requiring the high-functionality of the electronic version
can purchase a low-cost printed copy of each individual review in book
format. Standing orders are also available.

Discounted multi-site licences are available to corporate customers who
wish to purchase several licences for their global information needs. To
facilitate corporate customers with small number of users permanently
located at remote sites, now publishers is introducing the option to
purchase additional user-id and passwords on top of a site licence. This
gives corporate customers the purchasing options to provide access to all
their employees in a cost-efficient manner.

This new pricing structure will apply to all Foundation and Trends titles
including the seven new ones announced for 2005. Individual journal
pricing details are available at www.nowpublishers.com/pricelist
