As a reminder to those whose organisations have not yet joined, COUNTER is
now seeking memberships from amongst the publisher, library and
intermediary communities.

COUNTER is owned by its members and is an important international
initiative for facilitating the recording and exchange of online usage
statistics.  All publishers, intermediaries, libraries, consortia and
industry organizations should join and will be eligible for full voting
membership.
