Dear List:

Have you electrified your 2003 subscriptions to Swets Zeitlinger journals?
I received a letter from the publisher, dated February 2003, with
instructions on how to electrify the Library's journal subscriptions
through Extenza e-Publishing Service.  After repeated attempts to contact
the Extenza's Help Desk and Customer Service through e-mail, I have not
received a response.  Does anyone know if Swets Zeitlinger or Extenza has
a North American contact that I may speak too?
