Dear colleague,

I have good news for you. My Journal "Best of Science" has new rules.

Now, our journal is wholly free (publishing and access). We have renounced
to the publishing of preprints.

Last important point: we publish articles with the comments and
conclusions of peers ....

Articles must be submitted "ready-to-publish" (it means: reviewed,
page-setted and formated (PDF))
