Has anyone successfully negotiated a reasonable contract with Hoover's?
The current Terms and Conditions may be found at
http://www.hoovers.com/hoov/about/terms.html.

For example:  Hoover's reserves the right to make any changes to these
Terms and Conditions at any time. The Client is bound to the changes in
these Terms and Conditions as long as the Client's subscription is active.

They will bend on the User definitions, but little else.  All suggestions
welcome!
