Re: L'Annee Philologique

Hi Warren -

We ran into this problem in early June when I placed an order. The
response was that the multiple users had to be within 1 IP address range.
At this point, their system cannot handle more than that. That's clearly
not acceptable since Cornell has 17 IP ranges for authorized users. Below
is the text of the message I received:

Dear Sir,

Thank you for your message.

As it is said on the web page, the institution subscription is now only
available for IP addresses within one and the same range (for example,
145.98.10.*). The Anne philologique on line will be prepared in a few
weeks to propose a subscription rate for institutions which are interested
by getting access for several IP ranges as it is your case. We're sorry
about this situation. We will let you know when the Anne philologique
will be ready : please accept our apology for the delay.

Best regards,
Les Belles Lettres

At this point, our order is in limbo until they can get this technical
glitch solved.
