NEJM and patron notification

I am currently drafting a web page to let our users know the reasons why
we will no longer be able to get NEJM in October.  If anybody else is out
there doing the same thing, can you email me your link or your brief
explanation. It would be helpful to see how other libraries are telling
their patrons.
