agreement: Dutch academic libraries and Elsevier Science



Agreement UKB (Dutch academic libraries) and Elsevier Science

Dear all,

UKB (the consortium of all university libraries in the Netherlands, the
Koninklijke Bibliotheek/Royal Library and NIWI, the Netherlands Institute
for Scientific Information Services) and Elsevier Science, the largest
publisher of scientific journals, have reached an agreement about the
price movement of journals for the next five years and about the
accessibility of electronic versions of Elsevier journals.
