Re: Confidentiality Statements

In Alabama, we have open records for state-supported
agencies/institutions. Once a proposal is made in writing, anyone can
request its details and we must provide them. We assure the vendors that
we will not casually disclose the details of any proposal, but we cannot
maintain confidentiality or secrecy when spending state funds.
