That isn't always an option when the journal is electronic-only, and the
license agreements strictly forbid ILL and Document Delivery, and the
publishers won't budge.  There is one specific e-journal that fits this
category that is not accessible to us in any way because we can't justify
the exorbitant price for the occasional use we would get out of it, but we
can't purchase individual articles either!
