This Conference and exhibition, now in its 23rd year, has established
itself as one of the major events in the fast-moving world of scholarly
and research communication.  It attracts a wide range of delegates and
exhibitors from the UK, Europe and beyond - and has a reputation for
addressing key industry developments and attracting policy makers and
strategic thinkers as both speakers and delegates.

SPECIAL NOTE

Due to the increasing popularity of the annual UKSG Conference
and limitations on available on-campus accommodation, we originally
imposed a limitation of  two delegates per organisation for this year's
event.

I am pleased to report that we have now managed to acquire additional
accommodation at this year's venue. So if you wish to nominate more than
two delegates from your organisation, you may do so using the online

We will then add you to our "reserve list". If, after the closing date for
regular applications (March 17), there are any spare places, we will fill
them from this "reserve list" in the order in which they were received.
